Pre-Regisatration Form

Welcome to Pre-Registration for the Spring Break-A-Leg at Koselig Nook.  If you find yourself here, you have a talent you are hoping to share and exploit for prizes, if not just some glory and/or recognition.  This form is just step 1.  Once you've submitted your info, you will be contacted within 48 to 72 hours via your preferred method of communication to confirm your interest.  You will then be sent a document with all (or most of) the information you will need to join the show.  All Acts must then pay a registration fee to secure their part in the show.  The fee is $5 per performer (up to 7 performers in a group, so max $35).     Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or postponed to a date when an act can not be performed.
